The Happy HUUmanists

In the early 20th century, Humanism’s stronghold was in Minneapolis, MN. Rev. John H. Dietrich regularly drew crowds exceeding 1,500 people for hour-long addresses. During the 2010 General Assembly in Minneapolis, the HUUmanist Association held an all-day “homecoming” at the First Unitarian Society. Mason Olds spoke on our Humanist heritage. Greg Epstein spoke on the future of UU Humanism. Others spoke on Humanist approaches to hospice care and addiction recovery. Felicia will share her experience.
