    …more…love…

The four-letter word, “more”, neatly summarizes the philosophy this culture has lived by for the most part. On many fronts that philosophy now is being challenged. A replacement philosophy of four letters has also been around a long while and always needs reaffirmation, “love”.

    Religious Exploration Sunday

We’re doing things a little different this year. We’re trying a special approach to addressing the depths of religious exploration. We have asked a few teachers to talk about what inspires them to give their time and talent to our children. A few children and teens will tell what they get out of participating in our religious exploration program. We will also have readings and hymns that reflect the theme of religious exploration.

    Neighboring Faiths Sunday

The 6th, 7th, and 8th graders have been exploring the faiths of the world. As a culmination of their activities they will be presenting a ‘best practices’ service; incorporating elements that were effective and meaningful for them and jettisoning others that weren’t. It should be a different sort of experience. Please join us and see what these great kids come up with!
