May 27th (10:00 AM): "Growing up Unitarian Universalist" by Bronwyn 'B' Gordon
Our summer schedule begins this week. My experience growing up Unitarian has taken me from a big, inner city church with a diverse congregation to several smaller suburban churches with more homogenous congregations. My impressions of Unitarianism, its relevance to society and its professed values are based on my own unique experiences but are offered up as food for thought. I also describe how it felt to be the daughter of a prominent Unitarian minister.
