May 20th: "Flower Communion" by Rev. John Cullinan and De Anna Hoyle, DRE
Our annual celebration of Norbert Capek's beautiful flower communion. Join us as we celebrate the beauty of the earth with one another, and celebrate our graduating seniors. This is the final regular Sunday of the season. Next week, we move to our summer schedule, with a single service at 10:00 a.m. Our regular schedule will resume on September 9th.
Music: Youth and Adult Choirs combine on "Sunday" by Sondheim and a joyful combining of two classic melodies: Pachelbel's "Canon" and Beethoven's "Ode to Joy".

May 13th: "How to Be An Armchair Theologian: Finding the Moral Compass" by Rev. John Cullinan
The irregular series continues with an exploration into how we develop our sense of what is right and just in the world.

Music: Children's Choir celebrates moms and teachers.

May 6th: "An Instrument of Peace" by Rev. John Cullinan
We begin the exploration of the last theme for the church year, with an examination of the myriad ways in which we can all be peacemakers.

Music: Adult Choir goes traditional with Mendelssohn's "How Lovely Are the Messengers" and the ever favorite "Dona Nobis Pacem".

April 29th: "The State of the Faithful Nation - 2012" by Rev. John Cullinan
An examination of what's happening in the religious life of the United States this year.

April 22nd: "Tending the Garden" by De Anna Hoyle
Multigenerational Service DLRE De Anna Hoyle presents an intergenerational service for Earth Day. We will plant a garden full of stories, songs, and poetry. All ages can take part as we tend the garden of our lives.
Music: Youth Choir celebrates Earth Day and "Tending the Garden" with De Anna, featuring songs by Peter, Paul, and Mary and Joni Mitchell.

April 15th: "Allies and Otherwise" by Rev. John Cullinan
What does it mean to value unity in a deeply wounded and divided world?
Music: Even on Tax Day, Children's Choir will make you smile!

April 8th: "The Last Will and Testament of Jesus of Nazareth" by Rev. John Cullinan
A sermon for Easter Sunday.
Music: Jess Cullinan sings "A Simple Song" and "I Go On" from Bernstein's Mass in honor of Easter.

April 1st: "The Feast of All Fools" by Rev. John Cullinan
Music: The Adult Choir gets into the spirit of April Fools with "Come Live and Be Merry," poem by William Blake (1757-1827), and "National Brotherhood Week" and "The Wild West is Where I Want to Be" by favorite fool Tom Lehrer.

March 25th: "Pulpit Guest" by Rev. Wade Wheelock
Please join us for a special pulpit guest.

March 18th: "Youth Sunday" by Members of the YRUU
Members of our Young Religious Unitarian Universalist group present our annual Youth Sunday service.

March 11th: ". . . And Service Is Our Prayer" by Rev. John Cullinan
Our vision states we seek "unity in action." Our weekly affirmation says that "service is our prayer." How do we live up to this?

March 4th: "I Believe . . ." by Members of the Coming of Age Class
Join us as the youth from this year's Coming of Age class lead us in the service and present their "This I Believe" statements.

Music: The Adult Choir salutes Coming of Age and bridges the generations with a Beatles medley and Crosby, Stills, & Nash's "Teach Your Children."

February 26th: "The Care and Feeding of Your Community" by Rev. John Cullinan

Music: Youth Choir assures us "Not While I'm Around", from Sondheim's SWEENY TODD.

February 19th: "Do We Know What We Believe, or Just Believe That We Know?" by Mike Adams
Rev. John is traveling this week. Please join us for a special pulpit guest. Mike Adams delivers a sermon inspired by his time as a Coming of Age mentor.
Music: Violist Kathy Gursky plays music of our own composer-in-residence Bonnie Kellogg, including a world premier!

February 12th: "The Discworld Gospel: Going Postal" by Rev. John Cullinan
In this year's sermon based on the works of author Terry Pratchett, we examine themes of redemption in his novel, Going Postal. Please join us on Saturday, February 11th at 7 p.m. for a special "Dessert and a Movie" night, where we'll screen the 2010 TV adaptation of the novel.
